Hi, I'm Amanda!

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, former Division I athlete, and mom of two energetic boys with baby #3 on the way.

 

My passion is helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellness.

As a former Division I field hockey player at the University of Richmond, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. But becoming a mom completely changed my perspective on health and training. I learned firsthand that fitness isn't about perfection—it's about finding realistic, effective strategies that fit into real life.

 

After having my two boys and navigating my own postpartum journey, I became passionate about helping others feel strong, capable, and supported in their bodies. That passion led me to earn my Pre & Postnatal Fitness Certification so I could confidently guide women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

Through ADK Fitness, my goal is to help clients create lasting results through strength training, proper nutrition, and realistic habits that work with their lifestyle—not against it.

Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, currently expecting, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply looking to become stronger and healthier, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
